- 1 x Grimm’s Garlic Sausage sliced into rounds, de-cased and sautéed until slightly crispy

- 1 x jalapeño sliced thin ( optional for heat)
- 1 x bunch of fresh cilantro
- favourite spicy mayo

Pickled vegetables
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- Stalk of lemongrass ( optional )
