Homemade Tzatziki (optional):
- ½ large cucumber, peeled and seeds removed
- ¼ tsp (1 mL) salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
- 1 cup (250 grams) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
