- 5 Grimm’s Beer Bratwurst
- 5 pretzel sausage buns
- 2 tbsp (28 g) softened butter, for brushing
- 3 to 4 tbsp (45 to 60 ml) Dijon or whole grain mustard
- 1 ½ tbsp finely chopped chives
Pickled Apple Ribbons
- 1 large crisp apple, such as Honeycrisp or Pink Lady
- 1 ½ tsp (7 ml) apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ tsp (7 ml) Dijon mustard
- 1 ½ tsp (7 ml) honey
- Pinch of salt
Warm Sauerkraut
- 2 cups (475 ml) drained sauerkraut
- 1 tbsp (14 g) butter
- 3 tbsp finely yellow onion
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) beer or water
- Black pepper, to taste
