Burrito déjeuner riche en protéines

Ingrédients

  • 1 Grimm’s Protein Tortilla
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup egg whites
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1–2 tbsp salsa or spread of choice
  • Cheese of choice
  • Optional: green onions or chives, banana peppers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and egg whites. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring gently until fully cooked and fluffy.
  3. Lay out your protein tortilla and spread salsa or your favourite spread.
  4. Add scrambled eggs, cheese, and any optional toppings.
  5. Fold tightly into a burrito.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium-high with a little oil. Grill burrito on all sides until golden and crispy.
  7. Slice in half and enjoy!
