  1. Lay out your protein tortilla and spread pizza sauce evenly.
  2. Add turkey slices and top with mozzarella.
  3. Fold tortilla in half to create a wrap.
  4. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Grill on both sides until golden and crispy, and cheese is melted.
  6. Slice into pizza-style triangles.
  7. Serve with extra pizza sauce and enjoy!
